The Pipsqueakery is a 501(c)3 nonprofit small animal rescue & sanctuary in Bloomington Indiana. We provide care for medically and behaviorally needy rodents, rabbits & other small animals, rehabilitate wildlife, and find forever homes and rescue placement for healthy adoptable animals.

Our Programs.
SANCTUARY ANIMALS
The primary focus of The Pipsqueakery is providing sanctuary care to animals with complex medical needs. We strive to develop individual plans that prioritize accommodating the special needs of each animal to allow them to live a fulfilling life as independently as possible. If you need to surrender a pet, please fill out a surrender form. We get innumerable surrender requests every day and accept surrenders based on circumstances, urgency & resources.
VETERINARY ADVANCES
The Pipsqueakery has an on-site veterinarian & staff to treat the animals in our care. By working with our veterinarians to treat some of the most difficult and unique cases, we advance veterinary medicine for all rodents and rabbits.
ANIMAL ADOPTION
When The Pipsqueakery has healthy adoptable animals surrendered, we work to find the best placement for that individual animal. Sometimes, that means adopting the animal to an excellent home, and other times it means transferring it to another animal rescue. We are located in Bloomington Indiana.
WILDLIFE REHABILITATION
The Pipsqueakery has official wildlife rehabbers on staff, we can now grow our passion for helping all the small animals in Bloomington Indiana & surrounding areas. This includes anything from squirrels & opossums to groundhogs, skunks, turtles & so much more!
