DEAR GRANDMA: You probably shouldn't be cutting your own toenails. Did you know if you go lie on someone's porch pretending you're dying you can get someone to bathe you, feed you bath snacks, and cut your nails? Whoever you snag for the job should always trim your nails after a bath though.
